As I laid in bed feeling sorry for myself that I had a golf club as a foot, Jessica appeared with a chopping board laden with fruit, crisps and a yogurt and bought it over to my bedside table and placed it down.
"This is for your breakfast Mummy. Don't worry, I'll look after you Mummy."
Oh and she left me me a note too.
My sweetheart wrote it all by herself! On toilet tissue with mixed up words and everything *heart melts*

Cookies For The Haiti Hospital Appeal
Jessica's school has a bake sale tomorrow in aid of the Haiti Hospital appeal. I made shortbread cookies with icing to contribute.
Every little helps
Jessica's 5th Birthday.
Didn't have a party for Jessica this year. Instead we took her to have birthday lunch at her restaurant of choice, Zizzi's then took her to see Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Surprised her with a DS for her birthday present- her reaction couldn't be more grateful, she actually said, "but I thought you don't have any money mum".

Val Warner Book Signing @ Selfridges
Took Jess with me to get Hoi's birthday present (Valentine Warner's new cook book) signed by the man himself. I must admit I stuttered a little... he looked especially smart with a new hair cut and he was so lovely with Jess that it all added to the *swoon* factor. Jess was the least star struck and even drank his water that he offered to her!
Summer's Birthday Party
I was asked to make 40 cupcakes for the party. Hello Kitty themed... I think the cupcakes was more of a hit with the adults than the kids!
